A homeless tramp was rummaging through bins in Canada last week for bottles to recycle for cash when he found bundles of lottery scratchcards all sealed in a white bin liner. The scratchcards worth around $2,000 were all the property of the Western Canada Lottery Corporation and were all unscratched with many still sealed in their plastic wrappers.
